01 About these terms #
This website is operated by GOCOSYS Technologies (“GOCOSYS”, “we”, “us”). In these terms, “the site” means gocosys.com and everything served from it.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
These terms cover the website. Any product, service or engagement we deliver to you is governed by the separate written agreement for that work, which prevails over these terms if the two conflict.
02 Who may use the site #
You may use the site if you are at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The site is aimed at businesses and at people seeking employment with us; it is not intended for children.
03 Signing in #
Signing in is optional — the whole site is readable without it. When you do sign in, you do so through a GOCOSYS Account or a Google account, and:
- you are responsible for keeping that account and its credentials secure;
- you confirm the account is yours and that the information on it is accurate;
- you agree not to sign in as someone else or to share your session with others.
We never see your password. If you believe your session has been misused, sign out and change your password with your identity provider, then tell us at info@gocosys.com.
We may end a session or decline access where we reasonably believe it is being misused or is a security risk.
04 Acceptable use #
Please use the site lawfully and considerately. You agree not to:
- break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the site, or access data that is not yours;
- interfere with the site’s operation — including by overwhelming it with automated requests, circumventing our rate limits, or defeating our anti-spam measures;
- submit anything false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, malicious or infringing, or upload a file containing malware;
- harvest personal information from the site, or scrape it systematically without our written permission;
- impersonate any person or organisation, including GOCOSYS.
Good-faith security research is welcome. Please report findings to info@gocosys.com rather than acting on them, and we will not pursue action against you.
05 What you submit to us #
When you send us an enquiry, a job application, a resume or a newsletter sign-up, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send us anyone else’s personal information without their knowledge.
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us permission to use it only for the purpose you sent it for — answering your enquiry, assessing your application, or sending you the updates you asked for — as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential material through these forms. If we need to exchange something sensitive, we will agree a suitable channel with you first.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, and applying for a role does not create an offer or any expectation of employment.
06 Our content #
The site’s design, text, graphics, code, the GOCOSYS name and logo, and the GOCO product names are owned by GOCOSYS or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content, or use our branding, without our written permission.
07 Third-party services and links #
The site relies on third-party services — including Google Sign-In, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts and public content delivery networks — and links to other websites, including our own products at other addresses.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
08 Availability and accuracy #
We work to keep the site available and its information current, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
In particular, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free of harmful components. Descriptions of our services and products are for information only and do not constitute an offer or a binding commitment.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
09 Limitation of liability #
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, GOCOSYS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this site.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to INR 10,000 (ten thousand rupees). This limit does not apply to services delivered under a separate written agreement, which carries its own terms.
10 Your responsibility to us #
If a third party brings a claim against us because you used the site in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.
11 Ending access #
You may stop using the site at any time. We may restrict or withdraw your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the site or to others. The sections that by their nature should survive — our content, limitation of liability, your responsibility to us, and governing law — continue to apply afterwards.
12 Governing law #
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India, and you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
13 Changes to these terms #
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version always governs your use of the site. Please check back occasionally.
