01 The short version #
- All delivery is digital, by email and online access — no physical shipping and no shipping fees.
- Products: access details are emailed within 24–48 working hours of a successful payment.
- Services: work starts within 3 working days of the advance and is delivered to the timeline in your quotation.
- Nothing received? Write to us and we will resend it or fix it within one working day.
02 Delivery of products #
When you buy a GOCO product (a subscription or licence), we email the login details, licence key or onboarding link to the email address on your order within 24–48 working hours of the payment being confirmed by our payment gateway. Most orders are delivered the same working day.
Where a product needs to be set up on your own domain or server, we agree an installation date with you by email within the same period, and complete the setup within 7 working days unless you ask for a later date.
03 Delivery of services and projects #
For websites, custom software and other project work, the deliverables, milestones and delivery dates are set out in the quotation you accept. We begin work within 3 working days of receiving the advance and the information we need from you.
Deliverables are provided online — through a staging link, a code repository, a file transfer, or by deploying to your hosting — and each milestone is confirmed by email.
04 Delays #
If we cannot meet a delivery date, we will tell you by email before it passes, with a revised date. If a product is not delivered within 7 working days of payment for reasons on our side, you may cancel and receive a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Project timelines move by the time it takes to receive content, approvals or access that we need from you.
05 If you have not received your order #
Please check your spam folder first, then contact us with your name and the payment transaction ID. We will resend your access or resolve the problem within one working day.
